What is the minimum subscription commitment? Customers must commit to a 6th month subscription. After 6 months, the subscription can be cancelled, no questions asked.
What do I do when I’m ready to return or exchange my clubs? Email jason.black@callawayjunior.com and we will provide you the necessary return instructions.
Are there any “exchange” fees?Callaway Junior covers the outbound postage, the customer is responsible for the postage to send any clubs back.
What clubs do I get and how many are in set? Including the Callaway golf bag, the 7 clubs included are: Driver, 3-wood, 5 hybrid, 7-iron, 9-iron, SW and Putter
How does the size up program work? You pay from $15 per month for Callaway Clubs. When your child grows out of the clubs, return to website and trade up to the next size. The next size is sent to your home. Put the old clubs in the box and return.
What happens if I break or lose a club? Clubs can be replaced for a fee of $40.
How long does it take the clubs to arrive? The clubs arrive in 5-7 business days. They can be expedited for an additional fee. For more info, email jason.black@callawayjunior.com.
How do I determine the right size? The size of club is based on height of the child.
How many times can you “size up”? There are 4 different lengths of clubs. You can size up 4 times.
Where does the size max out? When a child is 62 inches (5'2") – they will be ready to transition to standard length clubs.
Is Callaway Junior less expensive than buying? Yes. The Callaway Junior price reflects a 30-50% savings, versus purchasing a new set for $300.
